Want to return an item?  No problem, we want you to be happy.

If you are not delighted with your purchase for whatever reason please let us know you want to return it.

The most important thing to us is that you get the item you want and if not, no problem as we will happily find it a loving home elsewhere.


The returns process is as follows

Within 7 days of receiving the order - via Email or Phone, please let us know the following:
  • Your order number
  • The product(s) name
  • The reason for the return. This is either:
    • Just don't want it
    • It arrived damaged and I want a replacement
    • It is damaged and I want a refund
  • In your email please telll us roughly when you are sending it
Sadly, the meagre profit margins in our products are so limited that we cannot pay for returns. We do pay for returning incorrect goods though.

Note: Please make sure the item is well packaged as if you are returning a perfect item and it arrives damaged, we will be unable to refund it. 
We highly recommend that you use some form of recorded delivery.

Once we receive the item back into stock we will issue you an immediate refund to the method orginally used to pay for the item.

Received incorrect goods?

If we have sent you something you haven’t ordered please let us know within seven days. You can return it within 28 working days (unused and in its original packaging, please) and, of course, you will be refunded for postage.
