As with all shopping websites, we have to colllect some level of personal data when you shop with us but do not be concerned, we never share our data with any marketing companies and we only use your data to make your shopping experience on as smooth as possible.

The data we collect and store varies from your personal information to what you added to a shopping basket so that we can make sure you do not have the frustration of having to re-add things if you leave the site and re-visit at a later stage.


The information we collect is as follows

  • Your name, it is only polite really and needed for security.
  • Your Email address, again for security and also so we can email you order confirmations, delivery delays, special offers and when we want to give thinsg away free... (OK, that last bit is pretty rare.)
  • Your delivery address, but you are welcome to collect but that's a bit of a hassle.
  • Your telephone number, in case we want a chat - the internet gets cold and lonely!
  • We do NOT ask for card details - this is done by PayPal and is backed by their multi-squllion £ security.

Data protection is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act. We never pass on your details on to a third party for marketing purposes - ever. You have taken the time to use our site and we think it's rude fo ryou to get marketing from other companies so we make the rock solid promise to you that we never share or pass your data on

There are only a few rare circumstances where we may have to give a regulatory body access to our servers, these are:
  • Credit card clearing agencies (Barclays Merchant Services in UK, Paypal etc),
  • Fraud prevention and detection agencies associated with UK bank cards 
  • The police, if they are for some reason needing to request information.
  • The Information Commissioners Office, in case they need to identify and individual.

Contract creation and electronic contracting

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
  • You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the Continue button on the Payment page of the checkout process. Your credit or debit card will be charged at this point.
  • If you have provided a valid email address, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from

Contract cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
